308. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Education, Science and Culture, amending the Regulation on the curriculum of the Polytechnic School; Announcement of the curricula for the teaching of religion

Article 1

Amendment of the Regulation on the curriculum of the Polytechnic School

Due to the school organization law, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 113/2006, in particular § § 6 and 29 thereof, shall be prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs on the curriculum of the Polytechnic School, BGBl. II No 236/1997, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 283/2003, shall be amended as follows:

(1) In Article I, Article 3 of the following paragraph 4 is added:

" (4) The Annex to this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 308/2006 shall enter into force on 1 September 2006. '

2. In the Appendix (curriculum of the Polytechnic School) Section IV (timetable) Z 1 (Where there are no school-autonomous curriculum provisions:) Subsection A (compulsory items) shall be the word "Leibesübungen" through the turn "Movement and Sport" replaced.

3. In Appendix Section IV, Z 1 Subsection D (Unbinding exercises), the word group shall be "Interests and talent promotion, sport" through the word group "Interests and talent promotion, movement and sport" replaced.

4. In Annex IV Z 2 (empowerment for school autonomous curriculum provisions:) Subsection A (compulsory subject matters) shall be the word "Leibesübungen" through the turn "Movement and Sport" replaced.

(5) In Annex VII (Training and teaching duties of the individual subjects) Subsection A (compulsory subject) shall be the subject of the compulsory subject matter " Physical exercises " Section heading in question:

" MOVEMENT AND SPORT "

6. In Annex, Section VII, Subsection A, subject matter "Physical exercises", paragraph 1 of the educational and teaching tasks is:

" The subject of movement and sport is intended to make an important contribution to the holistic education and education of the pupil. In order to fulfil this task, it is necessary to ensure sufficient and regular motor activities for the student. The teaching is intended to develop and promote the student's personal and social skills. "

(7) In Annex VII, Subsection A, " Physical exercises " the section relating to didactical principles, together with the heading:

" Didactical principles:

Teaching requires a special effort to enable pupils to be sufficiently capable and encouraged to complete their school leaving, exercise, play and sport beyond school.

The teaching procedures and the performance requirements shall be based in particular on the level of motor development and performance and the different levels of experience and skill of the pupils shall be taken into account in such a way as to ensure that the following conditions are met: develop as life-long movement pleasure as possible. Meaningful cooperation with sports-oriented and health-oriented leisure facilities can enrich both the teaching and the leisure activities of the young people in a sustainable way.

The teaching content is intended not only to address the motor sector, but also to take into account the affective, social and cognitive share in athletic action via an argumentation lesson. Depending on the interests and needs of the students, a focus can be placed on the teaching material (e.g. trend sports, maintenance of local and historical movement culture).

Through the formation of focus groups (including cross-class) for certain forms of movement also over a longer period of time, student interests can be better suited and thus contribute to the awareness of life-long sports driving ,

Cross-connections to other objects are to be sought; subject-related project instruction and interdisciplinary project instruction can, above all, be motivating in the context of moving school-related events.

As a possible motivation for athletic action, competitions and competitions (within the class, within the school, with other schools and in extracurricular sports) as well as the acquisition of performance badness are to be promoted.

The content and organisation of the course should not only depend on the framework conditions at the respective school location. In particular, the inclusion of school events and/or collaborations with non-school partners opens up the desired diversity of teaching offers.

In class, a maximum degree of safety for the pupils is to be guaranteed at all times. "

8. In Appendix Section VII, Subsection D (Unbinding exercises), the name of the non-binding exercise "Interests and talent promotion, sport" by the name "Interests and talent promotion, movement and sport" replaced.

9. In Annex VII, Subsection D, in the field of teaching materials, " Movement-Sport-Health " the non-binding exercise " Promotion of interests and talents, sport " the twist "the Body Exercises" through the turn "from movement, sport" replaced.

Article 2

Publication of the curricula for religious education

On the basis of § 2 (2) of the Law of Religion, BGBl. No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993, shall be made known:

(1) The Appendix (curriculum of the Polytechnic School) Section VI (curricula for religious education) lit. f the regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs on the curriculum of the Polytechnic School, BGBl. II No 236/1997, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 283/2003, reads:

" f) New Apostolic Religious Instruction

See announcement BGBl. II No 82/2006. "

2. The Appendix Section VI lit. h the regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs on the curriculum of the Polytechnic School, BGBl. II No 236/1997, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 283/2003, reads:

" h) Orientalist Orthodox Religious Education

3. In the Annex Section VI of the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs on the curriculum of the Polytechnic School, BGBl. II No 236/1997, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 283/2003, shall be referred to as 'lit'. h the following lit. i and j shall be added:

" (i) Greek-Oriental (orthodox) religious education

Gehrer
