320. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture, amending the Regulation on the curricula for higher technical and commercial teaching establishments; Announcement of the curricula for religious education

Article 1

Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture, amending the regulation on the curricula for higher technical and commercial teaching institutions

Because of

1.		of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 113/2006, in particular § § 6, 68a, 72 and 73 thereof, and
2.		§ 7 (1) of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 117/2006,
Is prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and the Arts on the curricula for higher technical and commercial teaching institutions, BGBl. No 412/1986, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 283/2003, as well as the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 571/2003, shall be amended as follows:

(1) In Article III, Article 1 of the following paragraph 11 is added:

" (11) The following provisions of this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 320/2006 shall enter into force as follows:

1.		Annexes 1.7, 3.8 and 7.7 (with the exception of the curricula for religious education) with regard to:
a)			of I. and II. Age and/or of 1. and 3. Semester with 1 September 2006,
b)			of the 2. and 4. Semester with 1 February 2007,
c)			of the other vintages or Semester and/or year semester-wise ascending
		in force;
2.		the amendments to Appendixes 1.7 and 7.7 in the version prior to the BGBl Regulation. II No 320/2006 will enter into force on 1 September 2006;
3.		Installations 1.8, 1.9, 7.8 and 7.9 shall enter into force on 1 September 2006. "

The previous Appendixes 1.7 (Higher Education Institute for Tourism), 3.8 (College of Tourism) and 7.7 (Higher Tourism Training Institute) will be replaced by the annexes 1.7, 3.8 and 7.7, which form part of this Regulation.

3. In the Annex 1.7 (Höhere Lehranstalt für Tourismus), which is in force pursuant to Article III (1) (11) (1) (1) to the end of 31 August 2009, Section I (Curriculum) Subsection (A) (Compulsory Subject), the words shall be: "Leibesübungen und sportsAnimation" through the turn "Movement and Sport; Sports Animation" replaced.

4. In the Annex 1.7, Section VI (Education and Teacher Tasks of the Individual Teaching Subjects), which is in force in accordance with Article III (1) (11) (1) (1) to the end of the 31 August 2009, (education and teaching duties of the individual subjects), school levels, didactical principles) Subsection A (compulsory subject matter) is the subject matter of the compulsory subject matter " 21. Leibesübungen und athletic animation " section with headline:

" 21. MOVEMENT AND SPORT; SPORTY ANIMATION

Additions to the "Sporty Animation" section:

Education and teaching tasks:

Planning, organisation and implementation of target group-specific leisure activities, taking into account regional circumstances.

Didactic principles:

Practical and methodical exercises are to be carried out.

The theoretical foundations of the animation should be put into practice in a cross-disciplinary way.

The principle of effective teaching is to be met by the diversity of forms of organization and teaching methods, with all the possibilities of class-, school-level or cross-school teaching, e.g. in groups with elective sports. In doing so, the area of animation is to be developed more strongly. "

5. In annexes 1.8 (Höhere Lehranstalt für Mode und Bekleidungstechnik), 1.9 (Höhere Lehranstalt für artistic Gestaltung) 7.8 (Höhere Lehranstalt für Mode und Bekleidungstechnik-Aufbaulehrgang) and 7.9 (Higher educational institute for fashion and clothing), 1.9 (Higher Education Institute for Fashion and Clothing Engineering) and 7.9 (Higher Education Institute for Fashion and Clothing Engineering) and 7. Clothing technology-advanced course for hearing impaired persons) Section I (Hourly table) Subsection A (compulsory items) will be the words "Leibesübungen" in each case by the turn "Movement and Sport" replaced.

6. In Annex 1.8, Section VI (Educational and educational tasks of the individual teaching subjects, apporation of the teaching material to the individual levels of education) Subsection A (compulsory items) is the subject matter of the compulsory subject matter " 23. Physical exercises " section including headline:

" 23. MOVEMENT AND SPORT

(7) In Annex 1.9, Section VI (Education and teaching tasks of the individual teaching subjects, apporation of the teaching material to the individual levels of education) Subsection A (compulsory subject matter) shall be the subject of the compulsory subject matter ' 23. Physical exercises " section including headline:

8. In the Annex 7.7, which is in force in accordance with Article III (1) (11) (1) (1) to the end of 31 August 2007, Section I (Curriculum) Subsection (A) (Compulsory Subject Matter) shall be replaced by the words "Leibesübungen und sportsAnimation" through the turn "Movement and Sport; Sports Animation" replaced.

9. In the Annex 7.7, Section VI (Education and Teacher Tasks of the Individual Teaching Subjects), which is in force pursuant to Article III (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) to the end of 31 August 2007 (educational and teaching tasks of the individual subjects), (4) School levels) Subsection A (compulsory subject matters) Level of division "Core area" shall be the subject matter " 19. Leibesübungen und athletic animation " section with headline:

" 19. MOVEMENT AND SPORT; SPORTY ANIMATION

10. In the Annex 7.7 Section VI Subsection A, which is in force in accordance with Article III (1) (11) (1) (1) to the end of the 31 August 2007 "Extension Area" Level a (training priorities) are the subject of the compulsory subject matter "Sport" The words in question shall "Leibesübungen und sportsAnimation" through the turn "Movement and Sport; Sports Animation" replaced.

11. In Annex 7.8, Section VI (Educational and educational tasks of the individual teaching subjects, apporation of the teaching material to the individual school levels, Didactic principles) Subsection A (compulsory subject matter) is the subject matter of the compulsory subject matter " 17. Physical exercises " section including headline:

" 17. MOVEMENT AND SPORT

12. In Annex 7.9 Section VI (Educational and educational tasks of the individual subjects, apporation of the teaching material to the individual school levels, Didactical principles) Subsection A (compulsory subjects) shall be given to the Mandatory subject names "History and Culture" to "Workshop and Manufacturing Technology" preceding digits "5." to "16." through the digits "4." to "15." , and it is the subject of the compulsory subject matter " 17. Physical exercises " section including headline:

Article 2

Publication of the curricula for religious education

On the basis of § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993, shall be made known:

The curricula for the teaching of religion contained in Annexes 1.7, 3.8 and 7.7 of this Regulation under Section V have been issued by the churches and religious societies concerned and are hereby hereby established in accordance with Article 2 (2) of the Religious Teaching Act announced.
