Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the authorization of the heads of organizational units according to § 17a BHG on overscheduled expenditure
Due to § 17a (3) of the Federal Budget Act (BHG), BGBl. No. 213/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 89/2006, shall be ordered:
§ 1. The heads of the organisational units intended for the application of the flexibility clause

Security Academy (Ordination of the Federal Minister of the Interior on the determination of the security academy as an organizational unit in which the flexibilisation clause is applied, BGBl. II No 610/2003), |

| 3. |
Federal Institute for Adult Education (Ordination of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture on the determination of the Federal Institute for Adult Education St. Wolfgang as an organizational unit in which the flexibilisation clause for the Application, BGBl. II No 621/2003), |

| 4. |
Support Unit Central Reporting Register (ordinance of the Federal Minister of the Interior concerning the determination of the Support Unit Central Reporting Register (ZMR) as an organizational unit, in which the flexibilization clause is applied, BGBl. II No 20/2003) |

| shall be authorized to issue over-scheduled expenses in the individual financial years of the respective project period until 31 December 2010 in accordance with Section 17a (3) of the Federal Budget Act (BHG), BGBl. No. 213/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 89/2006. |

§ 2. The heads of the organisational units intended for the application of the flexibility clause

Court of Justice Graz-Jakomini (Ordination of the Federal Minister of Justice on the determination of the judicial institution Graz-Jakomini as an organizational unit, in which the flexibilization clause is applied, BGBl. II No 513/2004), |

| shall be authorized, in the individual financial years of the project period, of 1. January 2004 to December 31, 2007, to provide overdue expenses in accordance with § 17a (3) BHG. |

§ 3. The head of the organizational unit Heeresdruckerei (Regulation of the Federal Minister for National Defense on the application of the flexibilization clause to the Heeresdruckerei, BGBl, Federal Minister for the Defence of Heeresdruckerei, Federal Minister for the Defence of the Army). II No 446/2006) is hereby authorised in the individual financial years of the project period of 1 July 2006. January 2007 to December 31, 2009 to provide overscheduled expenses in accordance with § 17a (3) BHG.
§ 4. Where reference is made in this Regulation to other regulations, they shall be applied in their respective versions, unless a specific version is referred to.
§ 5. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2008. Jänner 2007 in force.
(2) As of 31 December 2006, the following Regulations shall expire:
