Regulation of the Federal Minister for Social Security, Generations and Consumer Protection on the adjustment of pensions, and on the determination of certain values in the pension rights for the calendar year 2007

Article I

Adjustment in the provision of war victims

On the basis of § 63 of the War Victims Supply Act 1957, BGBl. No. 152, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 169/2006, shall be ordered:

§ 1. The adjustment factor fixed for the area of the General Social Security Act for the calendar year 2007 with 1.016 is binding to this extent for the calendar year 2007 also for the area of the War Sacrifice Supply Act 1957.

§ 2. The amounts for the calendar year 2007 to replace the amounts mentioned in the War sacrificial Supply Act, 1957, shall be made on the basis of the amounts in the BGBl. II No 3/2006 as follows:

2.		in Section 11 (2) instead of 18,10 € with 18,40 €;

§ 3. (1) The basic pension amounts calculated and rounded in accordance with Article 11 (1) of the War Victims Pension Act 1957 from the hundreds of the amounts of the basic pension for working-incapable severely damaged persons are determined as follows:

(2) In accordance with Section 11a (4) of the War Victims Supply Act 1957, from the hundreds of rates of the amount of the basic pension for ineligible severely damaged damaged and rounded sword damage allowances, it is determined as follows:

(3) The basic pension amount, calculated in accordance with Article 35 (2) of the War Victims Supply Act 1957 from the percentage of the amount of the basic pension for ineligible severely damaged persons, is determined at 179,20 €.

Article II

Adjustment in victims ' welfare

On the basis of § 11a of the Opferfürsorgesetz, BGBl. No. 183/1947, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 169/2006, shall be ordered:

§ 1. The adjustment factor fixed for the area of the General Social Insurance Act for the calendar year 2007 with 1.016 is also binding in this extent for the calendar year 2007 also for the area of the Opferercare Act.

§ 2. The amounts for the calendar year 2007 will be replaced by the amounts referred to in the Victim Welfare Act, on the basis of the amounts in the BGBl. II No 3/2006 as follows, whereby according to Article 11a (2) of the maintenance pension (§ 11 para. 5) the increase of the judge's sentence beyond the adjustment factor according to § 293 para. 1 lit. a ASVG among eligible victims and survivors by an increase of € 36 and for eligible victims who are married or live in a life community, by an increase of € 35.15 compared with the previous year is:

Article III

Adaptation and determination of certain values in the army supply

On the basis of § 24c and § 46b (1) and (7) of the Army Supply Act, BGBl. No 27/1964, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 169/2006, shall be ordered:

§ 1. The recovery factors in accordance with § 24a of the Army Supply Act shall be established for the calendar year 2007 as follows:

§ 2. The minimum and maximum basis of measurement according to § 24b of the Army Supply Act are determined for the calendar year 2007 with 605.20 € and 2 510.10 €.

§ 3. The adjustment factor fixed for the area of the General Social Security Act for the calendar year 2007 with 1.016 is also binding in this extent for the calendar year 2007 also for the area of the Army Supply Act.

§ 4. The amount of the amounts to be paid in accordance with § 53 (2) of the Army Supply Act shall be determined for the calendar year 2007 with € 39.10 for the main insured person and € 7.50 for additional insured persons.

Article IV

Adjustment in the vaccine damage compensation

On the basis of § 3 (4) of the German Vaccine Bill, BGBl. No. 371/1973, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 169/2006, shall be ordered:

The adjustment factor fixed for the area of the General Social Insurance Act for the calendar year 2007 with 1.016 is also binding in this extent for the calendar year 2007 also for the area of the Vaccine Damage Act.

Article V

This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2007 in force.
