On the basis of § 4 of the seed law 1997, BGBl. I n ° 72, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 83/2004, shall be arranged:
The Seed Regulation 2006, BGBl. II No 417, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Section 1 (2) (5), the phrase shall be: " as last amended by Directive 2004 /117/EC, OJ L 327, 28.11.2004, No. OJ L 14, 18.1.2005 p. 18; through the phrase " as last amended by Directive 2006 /124/EC, OJ L 327, 28.12.2006, No. OJ L 339, 6.12.2006 p. 12; replaced.
2. In Section 1 (2) (9), the stroke shall be replaced by a dash and the word order shall be replaced by the following: " as last amended by Directive 2006 /127/EC, OJ L 73, 14.4.2006, p No. OJ L 343, 8.12.2006 p. 82; .
3. In § 15, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) The transitional provision laid down in the second subparagraph of Article 3 (1) of Directive 2006 /124/EC shall apply."
