189. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour on Vocational Training in the Apprenticeship Training Occupation of Technical Draw/Technical Draw (Technical Draw/Technical Draw Training Order)

On the basis of § § 8, 24 and 27 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 5/2006, shall be arranged:

Teaching profession Technical draftsman/Technical Drawman

§ 1. (1) The teaching profession of Technical Draw/Technical Drawman is established with a teaching period of three and a half years.

(2) The terms chosen in this Regulation shall include the male and female form. In the teaching contract, teaching certificate, teaching letter and in the certificate of teaching qualification, the teaching profession is in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentil (technical drautman or teacher). § 3. (1) The following vocational training shall be established for the training in the teaching profession of Technical Draw/Technical Drawman. § 4. (1) The final examination is divided into a theoretical and a practical test.

§ 6. (1) The audit shall include tasks from the following areas:

§ 7. (1) The audit shall include the substantive answer to tasks in the following areas:

§ 9. (1) The expert interview shall be submitted before the entire examination board.

§ 10. (1) The final examination of the Lehrabate can be repeated.

§ 11. § 12. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2007.

(4) Apprentices trained in the teaching profession on 30 June 2007 may be trained in accordance with the training regulations referred to in paragraph 2 up to the end of the agreed apprenticeship period and may within one year be able to After the end of the agreed period of teaching, you will be required to perform a teaching qualification examination in accordance with the examination regulations referred to in paragraph 3.

(6) A successfully completed teaching qualification examination in the teaching profession of Technical Drawner pursuant to para. 2 and 3 replaces the final examination in the teaching profession of Technical Drawman/Technical Drawman in accordance with this Regulation.
