97. Reaction of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention on the law applicable to the form of the most recent injunctions

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Armenia, on 1 March 2007, has its instrument of accession to the Convention on the Law Applicable to the Form of Ultimate Provisions (BGBl. No 295/1963, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III n ° 91/2007), and declares the following reservations:

In accordance with Article 10 of the Convention on the law applicable to the form of final provisions, the Republic of Armenia reserves the right not to have any oral and final dispositions of an Armenian national who does not have any other Nationality has to be recognised.

In accordance with Article 12 of the Convention, the Republic of Armenia reserves the right to exclude the application of this Convention to all the clauses of the most recent provisions which, in accordance with its laws, are not related to succession.

In accordance with Article 13 of the Convention, the Republic of Armenia reserves the right to apply the present Convention only to the most recent provisions which have been drawn up after its entry into force.
