365. Federal Government Ordinance on the Migratory Rate of Voluntary Representations of Interest and Voluntary Professional Associations in Labour Law Proceedings (Immigration Replacement Ordinance)
On the basis of § § 1 and 2 of the Federal Act on the Immigration Sentence of statutory interest groups and voluntary collective contractual professional associations in labour law matters-Immigration Replacement Law, BGBl. No 28/1993, as amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 98/2001, shall be:
§ 1. The amount of the flat-rate amounts to be paid as a rate of immigrant labour shall be as follows:

§ 2. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2008 in force.
(2) With the expiry of 31 December 2007, the Federal Government regulation on the rate of immigration of statutory interest groups and voluntary professional associations with collective agreements in the field of labour law-Immigration Replacement Ordinance, BGBl. II No 463/2006, except for force. However, it shall be based on procedural steps within the meaning of § 1, which shall be taken before the 1. January 2008 has been completed and continued to apply.
