109. Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour Regulation on short-term employment of foreign harvesters in agriculture and forestry
Due to the § 5 paragraph. 1 Z 2 of the foreign employment law - AuslBG, BGBl. No 218/1975, last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 78/2007, is prescribed:
§ 1. For the agricultural and forestry sectors, a quota of 6 920 will be set for the short-term employment of foreign harvesters, divided into the federal states as follows:

§ 2. (1) Under these quotas, employment permits may be granted throughout the period covered by this Regulation. Their duration may not exceed six weeks and not after 30. November 2008
(2) Nationals subject to transitional arrangements for EU workers' free movement (§ 32a AuslBG) are preferred to obtain employment permits.
§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force at the end of 30. November 2008
