125. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour, which amalgles the 1994 Regulation on the Remuneration Directive

On the basis of Section 13 (3) of the Housing Charitable Act, BGBl. No. 139/1979, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 124/2006, is being prescribed:

The 1994 Regulation of the Law on the Remuneration Directive, BGBl. No 924/1994, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 108/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 6 para. 1 Z 1 lit. a is after the word order: "180 Euro since 1 April 2005, 183.6 Euro from 1 April 2006 and 186 Euro as of 1 April 2007" the phrase "and 189,6 Euro as of 1 April 2008" , in § 6 para. 1, Z 1 lit. b after the word order: "222 Euro since 1 April 2005, 226,8 Euro as of 1 April 2006 and 230.4 Euro as of 1 April 2007" the phrase: "as well as 235,2 Euro from 1 April 2008" inserted.

2. In § 21, the following paragraph 12 is added:

" (12) § 6 para. 1 Z 1 lit. a and b in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 125/2008 enter into force on 1 May 2008 "
