179. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management concerning the transfer of tasks pursuant to Section 5 (2) (4) of the German Federal Budget Act (BHG)
Due to § 5 paragraph 2 Z 4 of the Federal Budget Act (BHG), BGBl. No. 213/1986, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 20/2008, is assigned by the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:
§ 1. The tasks enumerated in § 5 paragraph 4 BHG will be:

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2008.
