Regulation of the Chairman of the Board of Management of Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft concerning the adjustment of the salaries and allowances for the officials assigned to the service pursuant to Section 17 (1a) of the Postal Structure Act (PTSG) of the Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft (Telekom-Bezügeverordnung 2009)
According to § 17a paragraph 3 Z 2 PTSG is ordered:
§ 1. The salary and service allowance rates of the officials expressed in cash amounts, which are assigned to the service in accordance with Section 17 (1a) of the PTSG of Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft and are subject to this or any of the provisions of this law. Subsidiaries shall be used, in accordance with the collective contractual salary adjustment agreed on 16 December 2008, as follows:

The salary and service allowance rates for postal and telecommunications officials (§ § 103 (2), 105 (1) and 4 (4) of the salary law 1956) shall be applied in accordance with Appendix 1 set. The fixed amounts pursuant to § 103 (5) of the salary law in 1956 will be increased by 3.6%, at most by € 140. |

The salary and administrative duties of officials of the General Administration and officials in manual use (§ § 118 (3) to (5), 120 of the salary law 1956) shall be applied in accordance with Appendix 2 set. |

| 3. |
Performance-based surcharges in accordance with § 9 of the Federal Law on the Law of the Federal Order of Merit will not be increased. |

§ 2. The Sunday and holiday allowance pursuant to § 17 para. 4 of the salary law in 1956 amounts to € 2.80 for every hour.
§ 3. The indemnification in accordance with Section 17b of the salary law 1956, shall be determined as follows:

§ 4. For all other charges and allowances derived from the salary level 2 of service class V of officials of the General Administration, the following shall apply:
The amounts will continue to be determined on the basis of 1. In January 2000, the salary level of service class V, salary level 2, of officials of the General Administration was used.
§ 5. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2009 in force.
