14. Federal Law, which changes the General Social Security Act, the Industrial Social Security Act and the Farmers-Social Insurance Act

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Amendment of the General Social Insurance Act

The General Social Security Act, BGBl. No. 189/1955, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 146/2008, shall be amended as follows:

In accordance with § 640, the following § 641 is added together with the heading:

" Redetermination of the amount of protection in the widows (widows) pension

§ 641. (1) Reaction with effect from 1 November 2008 shall be replaced by:

1.		in section 264 (6) of the term "1 667,97 €" by the expression "1 671,20 €" and
2.		in section 264 (6), in the version of the expression "1 412.41 €", as amended on 30 September 2000, by the expression "1 415.14 €".

(2) The second amounts mentioned in paragraph 1 (1) (1) and (2) are for the first time as from 1. To multiply January 2010 with the adjustment factor (§ 108f). "

Article 2

Amendment of the Industrial Social Insurance Act

The Industrial Social Security Act, BGBl. No 560/1978, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 146/2008, shall be amended as follows:

In accordance with section 324, the following § 325 and heading is added:

" Redetermination of the amount of protection in the widows (widows) pension

§ 325. (1) Reaction with effect from 1 November 2008 shall be replaced by:

1.		in section 145 (6) of the term "1 667,97 €" by the expression "1 671,20 €" and
2.		in section 145 (6), in the version of the expression "1 412.41 €" as expressed on 30 September 2000, the expression "1 415.14 €".

(2) The second amounts mentioned in paragraph 1 (1) (1) and (2) are for the first time as from 1. January 2010 with the adjustment factor (§ 47) to multiply. "

Article 3

Amendment of the Farmers-Social Security Act

The farmers social security law, BGBl. N ° 559/1978, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 146/2008, shall be amended as follows:

In accordance with § 314, the following section 315 and title are added:

" Redetermination of the amount of protection in the widows (widows) pension

§ 315. (1) Reaction with effect from 1 November 2008 shall be replaced by:

1.		in section 136 (6) of the term "1 667,97 €" by the expression "1 671,20 €" and
2.		In Article 136 (6), in the version of the expression "1 412.41 €", which was in effect on 30 September 2000, the expression "1 415.14 €".

(2) The second amounts mentioned in paragraph 1 (1) (1) and (2) are for the first time as from 1. January 2010 with the adjustment factor (§ 45) to multiply. "
