116. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the adjustment of the administrative costs in the regulation for the discharge of the regulations in 1994

On the basis of Section 13 (3) of the Housing Charitable Act, BGBl. No. 139/1979, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 124/2006, is being prescribed:

The 1994 Regulation of the Law on the Remuneration Directive, BGBl. N ° 924/1994, as last amended by the BGBl agreement. II No 125/2008, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 6 para. 1 Z 1 lit. a is amended as follows:

"180 Euro since 1 April 2005, 183.6 Euro as of 1 April 2006, 186 Euro as of 1 April 2007, 189,6 Euro as of 1 April 2008 as well as 195.6 Euro as of 1 April 2009 in case of omission in rent or other use,"

2. § 6 para. 1 Z 1 lit. b is amended as follows:

" 222 Euro since 1 April 2005, 226,8 Euro as of 1 April 2006, 230.4 Euro as of 1 April 2007, 235,2 Euro as of 1 April 2008 as well as EUR 242.4 from 1 April 2009 plus VAT on transfer to property, co-ownership or granting of the Home ownership, "

(3) In § 21, the following paragraph 13 is added:

" (13) § 6 para. 1 Z 1 lit. a and b in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 116/2009 will enter into force on 1 April 2009. "
