135. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, with which the Massage Regulation will be amended

On the basis of § 18 (1) of the Commercial Code 1994, BGBl. N ° 194, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 68/2008, is being ordered:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour on the conditions for access to the regulated profession of massage (Massage-Ordination), BGBl. II No 68/2003, shall be amended as follows:

1. In accordance with Section 1 (1), the phrase shall be based on the order of the word "excluding Shiatsu" an accordiation and the phrase "Ayurveda-Wohlfühlpraktik, Tuina An Mo Praktik" inserted.

2. In § 1 para. 1, Z 1 lit. a becomes the phrase "medical/human medicine/dentistry and at least one year of professional activity" through the phrase "the study direction of human medicine and a professional activity of at least six months" replaced.

3. § 1 (1) Z 1 lit. b is omitted; in paragraph 1 Z 1, the previous lit. c, d, e and f are given the names lit. "b" , " c " , "d" and "e" .

4. In § 1 para. 1 Z 1 lit. d (new) will be the phrase "at least four years of professional activity" through the phrase "at least two years of professional activity" and the phrase "of three years" through the phrase "from a year" replaced.

5. In Section 1, Section 1, at the end of the period by the word "or" , the following Z 3 shall be added:

" 3.

The certificate of successfully completed training as a physiotherapist or health insurance company, as well as a minimum of one year of professional activity and an entrepreneurial examination. Without prejudice to § 23 para. 2 GewO 1994, if proof of an uninterrupted three-year freelance activity is provided as a physiotherapist or as a medical asseur, the business examination shall not apply. "

6. In Section 1 (2), the word order shall be "Accupuncture after Penzel and lymphatic drainage according to Dr. Vodder" through the phrase "acupuncture massage and lymphatic drainage" replaced.

7. § 1 (3).

8. The previous § 2 shall be named "§ 3" § 2 (new) is:

" § 2. (1) For a system that is integrated into the holistic system

Shiatsu limited commercial activity is the successful completion of the training profile defined in Appendix 3,

Ayurveda-Feel-good practice restricted commercial activity is the successful completion of the training profile defined in Appendix 4,

Tuina An Mo Practical limited commercial activity is the successful completion of the training profile defined in Appendix 5

(2) The successful completion of the training profile defined in Annex 6 is required for the exercise of other systems other than those referred to in paragraph 1 above.

(3) Beneficiaries of integrated systems are required to deepen the knowledge and skills acquired in the course of training within a period of five years, in the course of at least 40 hours. to visit. A confirmation is to be issued on the visit of a further training. "

9. In Appendix 1 Z 1, the word "non-schooling" . Furthermore, in Z 2 the word sequence "Thermo-and Ultrasonic Therapy" through the phrase "Thermo-and ultrasonic applications" and the phrase "Introducing Massage Therapy" through the phrase "Introduction Massage Applications" replaced.

10. In Appendix 2 Z 1, the word "non-schooling" .

11. In Appendix 3, the words "Haradiagnosis, Back Diagnosis, Meridian Diagnosis, Cain Diagnosis" by the words "Harakontrolling, Back Control, Meridian Control" replaced.

Appendix 4 shall be replaced by the following Appendix 4 (new):
