489. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology amending the Austro Control Fee Regulation (ACGV-Novelle 2009)

On the basis of § 6(1). 2 of the Federal Law on Austro Control Society with limited liability, BGBl. No. 898/1993 as amended by Federal Law BGBl. I No 173/2004, will be prescribed in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:
