The instrument of ratification, signed by the Federal President and countersigned by the Federal Chancellor, was deposited on 14 December 2009 with the Director-General of the World Intellectual Property Organisation; the Director-General's communication states that the In accordance with Article 21 of the Treaty, the contract will enter into force on 14 March 2010.
