242. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the indication and definition of the types of use and uses in the border cadastre (use of species-uses-Regulation-BANU-V)
Due to § 10 (2) of the Vermessungsgesetz (Vermessungsgesetz-Vermessungsgesetz, VermG) BGBl. No. 306/1968 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 100/2008 is being ordered:
The Uses-uses-Regulation, BGBl. II No 116/2010 , shall be amended as follows:
§ 6 reads:
" § 6. This Regulation shall enter into force with the date on which the electronic rewriting of the data of the Basic Book is carried out in accordance with § 2a GUG. The change in the existing uses in the cadastre to the types of use and uses provided for in this Regulation shall be amended by 1. Jänner of the following year shall be made. "
