246. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health, with which the Health and Health Care-Basic Supply-Training Regulation (GuK-BAV) is amended
Pursuant to Section 3a (2) of the Health and Health Care Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 108/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 130/2009:
The Health and Health Care-Basic Supply-Training Ordinance-GuK-BAV, BGBl. II No 281/2006, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Section 1 (1), the word shall be given at the end of Z 2 "and" replaced by a dash, the Z 3 the word "and" and inserted after Z 3 the following Z 4:

2. In § 1 para. 2 Z 1 the expression "Z 1 to 3" by the expression "Z 1 to 4" replaced.
3. According to Article 13 (1), the following paragraph 1a is inserted:
"(1a) In the case of the exhibition of the certificate for persons pursuant to § 1 (1) (4) (4), the reference to the professional title shall be deleted."
