According to Art. 139 (5) B-VG, it is made known:
The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 24 June 2010, G 11, 12/10, V 17 ,18 /10-8, delivered on 23 July 2010 to the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, rightly recognized:

Section 12 (1) of the Statutory Audit Quality Assurance Directive (A-QSRL), BGBl. II No 251/2006, is repealed as being illegal. |

The repeal shall enter into force at the end of 31 December 2010. " |
