85. Revelation of the Federal Chancellor on the annulment of Section 643 (2) of the General Social Security Act by the Constitutional Court
According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with Section 64 (2) of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:
The Constitutional Court, with the knowledge of 23 September 2010, G 166 /09-16, G 198 /09-20, G 282 /09-17, has been sent to the Federal Chancellors on 15 September 2010. October 2010, rightly recognized:
" § 643 (2) of the General Social Security Act-ASVG, BGBl. No. 189/1955, in the version of the Budgetbegleitgesetz 2009, BGBl. I n ° 52, is repealed as unconstitutional.
The repeal shall enter into force on the expiry of 31 July 2011.
Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
