122. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the change in the authority of the authorities pursuant to Article 7 (2) of the Treaty between the Republic of Austria and the Republic of Croatia on police cooperation
In Article 7 (2) of the Treaty between the Republic of Austria and the Republic of Croatia on police cooperation (BGBl. III n ° 141/2008), the authorities of the two countries are responsible for combating corruption.
In this respect, Austria is 1. January 2010 a change occurred. It would therefore have been the case in Article 7 (2) of the Treaty for Austria: "in the Republic of Austria, the Federal Minister for the Interior-the Federal Office for the Prevention of Corruption and Anti-Corruption;"
In accordance with Article 1 (3) of the Treaty, the amendment of the competent authority was notified to the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs by means of a verbal note of 16 September 2010.
