361. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Defence and Sport on the limits of prohibited active substances according to the Anti-Doping Federal Act 2007 (Anti-Doping-Boundary Quantity Regulation 2010-ADGMV 2010)
Pursuant to Section 22a (7) of the Anti-Doping Federal Act 2007, BGBl. I n ° 30, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 146/2009, is being prescribed in agreement with the Federal Minister for Health and the Federal Minister for Justice:
§ 1. The limit quantity of substances according to § 22a (7) of the Anti-Doping Act 2007, BGBl. I n ° 30, is the one in the Annex certain quantity.
§ 2. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 2010.
(2) The Anti-Doping Boundary Regulation, BGBl. II No 243/2009, will expire on 30 November 2010.
