428. Regulation of the Federal Government, amending the Regulation establishing States as safe countries of origin (States of origin-Regulation-HStV)

Due to § 39 (5) Z 2 of the Asylum Act 2005 (Asylum G 2005), BGBl. I n ° 100/2005, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 135/2009, shall be:

The regulation of the Federal Government, with which states are established as safe countries of origin (States of origin-Regulation-HStV), BGBl. II No 177/2009, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1, the point shall be replaced by a stroke in Z 6 and the following Z 7 shall be added:

2. The previous § 2 shall be awarded the sales designation "(1)" and shall be added to the following paragraph 2:

" (2) § 1 Z 7 in the version of the Federal Government Ordination, BGBl. II No 428/2010, shall enter into force at the end of the day of the event. "
