468. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, amending the Regulation on the compilation of consumer price indices

On the basis of § § 4 to 8, 10, 11, 19 and 30 of the Federal Statistics Act 2000, BGBl. I No 163/1999, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 125/2009, in agreement with the Federal Chancellor and with regard to section 12 (1), is also ordered in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour on the compilation of consumer price indices, BGBl. II No 351/2003, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. (II) No 259/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1 Z 2, the word order shall be "for the years 2003 to 2010" through the phrase "for the years 2011 to 2015" replaced.

2. In Section 12 (2), the word order shall be "Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour" through the phrase "Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth" and the amount of "45.000 €" by the amount of "39.730 €" replaced.
