8. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, amending the Regulation on the authorization of the Heads of Organizational Units according to § 17a BHG on overscheduled expenditure
Due to § 17a (3) of the Federal Budget Act (BHG), BGBl. No. 213/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 67/2010, shall be arranged:
The regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the authorization of the heads of organizational units according to § 17a BHG on overscheduled expenditure, BGBl. II No 2/2007, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 62/2010, shall be amended as follows:

2. § § 2 and 3 shall be deleted.
3. The previous § § 4 and 5 are given the name "§ 2" and "§ 3" . The following paragraph 5 is added to § 3:
" (5) § 1, the new title of the previous § § 4 and 5 and § 3 (new) para. 5 in the version of the Ordination BGBl. II No 8/2011 shall enter into force on the day following the end of the demonstration. At the same time, § § 2 and 3 (old), the regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the authorisation of the heads of organizational units of the Federal Ministry for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management pursuant to § 17a BHG are to be overscheduled expenditure, BGBl. II No. 303/2007, as well as the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the authorization of the Head of the Austrian Patent Office in accordance with § 17a BHG on overscheduled expenditure, BGBl. II No 33/2007, except for force. "
