39. Ordination of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the accreditation of the SystemCERT Certification Society m.b.H. to certify management systems
Due to § 17 para. 1 and § 38 Z 1 of the Accreditation Act-AkkG, BGBl. No 468/1992, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 85/2002, is being prescribed in agreement with the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology:
§ 1. SystemCERT certification company m.b.H., which is based in 8700 Leoben, Parkstraße 11, is accredited as a body that certifies management systems (according to ÖVE/ÖNORM EN ISO/IEC 17021).
§ 2. Certification authority includes certification

of quality management systems according to EN ISO 9001, in accordance with the Annex specified areas, |

| 2. |
in accordance with EN ISO 3834 Part 2, 3 and 4 in combination with EN ISO 9001, |
|||||||||
| 3. |
in accordance with EN 15085 Part 2 in combination with EN ISO 9001, |
|||||||||
| 4. |
of safety management systems according to AUVA-SGM (Guidelines for Safety and Health Management of AUVA), according to SCC/SCP (Regulations Safety Certifiers Contractors) and OHSAS 18001. |

§ 3. The certification authority applies to those areas in which the Federal Government is responsible for legislation and enforcement, provided that the federal laws governing these areas do not comply with the provisions of the Accreditation Act relating to the accreditation of such bodies.
§ 4. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the accreditation of the SystemCERT Certification Association m.b.H. for the certification of management systems, BGBl, enters into force. N ° 99/2009, except for force.
