On the basis of § § 7 (1) Z 6, 8 (4) (4) Z 4, 8 (5) Z 3 lit. b and 31 of the Market Rules Act 2007 (MOG 2007), BGBl. I n ° 55, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 23/2010, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:
Scope
§ 1. This Regulation shall be used for:

Responsibility
§ 2. Responsible for the enforcement of this Regulation is the market organisation "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA).
Supplementary State premium for suckler cow premium
§ 3. (1) The producer shall be granted BGBl in accordance with Section 3 of the Agricultural Law 1992. No. 375, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 2/2008, for each suckler cow or Kalbin, which is subsidised in 2010, an additional suckler cow premium of 30 euros.
(2) In the event that the budget required for this measure exceeds the appropriations provided for in the Federal Finance Act 2011 for this measure, the second subparagraph of Article 115 (1) of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 shall be the subject of the following: additional premium per subsidized calamus according to § 8 para. 5 Z 3 lit. h last sentence of MOG 2007 proportionately shortened.
Additional state aid in the dairy cow premium
§ 4. Pursuant to Article 182 (7) of Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007, pursuant to Section 3 of the Agricultural Act 1992, additional State aid of the total amount of EUR 14.186 million shall be granted for the application year 2010. Euro.

§ 5. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the suckler cow supplementary premiums regulation 2009, BGBl. II No 482. However, it will continue to be applicable to situations which have been carried out in the application year 2009.
