25. Customer's agreement on the scope of the Convention, drawn up by the Council in accordance with Article 34 of the Treaty on European Union, on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters between the Member States of the European Union

According to the note by the Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union, Luxembourg, on 6 December 2010, established its instrument of ratification of the Convention, pursuant to Article 34 of the Treaty on European Union, by the Council, on legal assistance in Criminal matters between the Member States of the European Union (Kundrendered in BGBl. ' In accordance with Article 6 (7) of the Convention of 29 May 2000 on mutual assistance in criminal matters between the Member States of the European Union, the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg declares that it is neither in the first sentence of Article 6 (5) nor of Article 6 thereof.
