Regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior, amending the regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior concerning the transfer of the right to appoint federal officials to head of service authorities of the first instance

On the basis of Art. 66 (1) B-VG, as last amended by the Federal Constitutional Law BGBl. I n ° 98/2010, in conjunction with the resolution of the Federal President, BGBl. No 54/1995, shall be classified as follows:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior on the transfer of the right to appoint federal officials to head of first instance service authorities, BGBl. II No 202/2005, shall be amended as follows:

1. 1 para. 1 reads:

"(1) The head of the Federal Asylamtes shall transfer the right of appointment of federal officials to the posts referred to in paragraph 2."

2. § 2 Paragraph 1 reads:

"(1) The security directors, the provincial police commander, in Vienna the police president, as well as the head of the educational center Traiskirchen will transfer the right of appointment of federal officials to the posts mentioned in paragraph 2."

3. The following paragraph 3 is added to § 4:

" (3) § § 1 (1) and (2) (1) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 46/2011 shall enter into force on 1 March 2011. '
