The Federal Office of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection is the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection in accordance with Section 18 (1) of the German Labour Constitution Act, BGB No. 22/1974, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 111/2010 authorized, at the request of a collective agreement body, the party of a collective agreement, in the presence of the conditions set out in paragraph 3 above, to this collective agreement by means of a declaration of statutes also outside its the spatial, professional and personal impact of a legally binding effect.
The Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection has adopted the following statutes following a decision of 21 March 2011 following the implementation of a senate hearing:

Scope of the Statute
§ 1.

Technical: for providers of rescue and ambulance services, with the exception of mountain, water, caves, flight rescue services and rescue hundestaffel |

Spatial: for the Republic of Austria |

| c) |
Personal: All employers in the technical field of application as well as the employees and apprentices employed by these employers in the territorial scope, provided that their employment relationships are not covered by a valid collective agreement (excluding collective agreements according to § 18 para. 4 ArbVG). |

Collective agreement of the Austrian Red Cross 2010
| at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection under register number KV 441/2010 and published in the "Official Journal of the Wiener Zeitung" of 11 December 2010, |

shall be declared a statute.

Annex of the Vienna Regional Association of the WCC: except for paragraphs 1.1., 2.3., 2.4., 2.5., 2.6., 3.3, 3.4., 3.5., 3.6., 4.3., 4.4., 4.5., 4.6., 7., 8.3., 8.4., 8.5., 8.6., 8.7 and 9.2. |

Annex of the National Association of Lower Austria of the WCC: excludes the use group scheme for employees in health and social services, the salary scales 2.1.a, 2.2.a and 2.c, as well as the number 5. |

Annex of the Regional Association of Upper Austria of the WCC: excluding all regulations for employees who have entered into a service prior to 31 May 2006, furthermore are in the regulations for employees who have an employment relationship as of 1.6.2006 , the following provisions shall be excluded: Section I (1) and (2), Sections XI and XII, and Supplement No. 1, all ding only as far as they relate to occupational groups outside the scope of the declaration of statutes, and supplements 2, 3 and 4. |

Beginning of the effectiveness and duration of the Articles of Association
§ 3. The date of effectiveness of the Articles of Association shall be 1 March 2011. The term of validity of the Articles of Association shall be governed by the period of validity of the Treasury Collective Agreement.
