103. Regulation of the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs on the flat-rate amount of the replacement of the deposits referred to in subheading 6 (7) in the annex to § 1 of the consular fee law 1992
On the basis of § 1 (5) of the Consular Fee Act 1992 (BGBl. N ° 100/1992, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 111/2010):
§ 1. The amount of the replacement of the expenses referred to in subheading 6 (7) Z 1 to § 1 of the Consular Fee Act 1992 shall be fixed at € 30 per passport.
§ 2. The amount of the replacement rate of the deposits referred to in subheading 6 (7) Z 2 to § 1 of the Consular Fee Act 1992 is fixed at € 15 per identity card.
§ 3. The delivery rate in accordance with the tariff post 6 para. 7 Z 1 and Z 2 is not to be raised if the passport or identity card is issued free of charge.
§ 4. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2011.
