15. Federal Act amending the Old Load Relief Act (Altlastensanierungsgesetz)
The National Council has decided:
Amendment of the Waste Disposal Act
The Old Load Relief Act, BGBl. No 299/1989, as last amended by the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 111/2010, is amended as follows:
1. The species. In Article 3 (1a), the following Z 11 shall be added:

Steel mill slags, which are technically necessary in engineering and road construction for the production of a supporting layer with a low-transmissive cover layer, provided that a quality assurance system ensures that the slag is used for the production of a layer of steel. is that the required quality is given. " |

2. In Art. I § 3 shall be inserted in accordance with paragraph 3a of the following paragraph 3b:
" (3b) Waste from demolition measures, which may be deposited on an inert waste disposal site, shall be exempt from the obligation to provide assistance if:

the municipality confirms that |

| a) |
the building to be broken down was built in the main parts before 1955, |
|||||||||
| b) |
the vast majority of demolition waste has been used for recovery; and |
|||||||||
| 2. |
the mass to be stored, which comes from a property, does not exceed 200 tonnes; and |

| 3. |
the tax advantage is demonstrably passed on to the client. " |

3. In Art. 1 § 12 para. 4, the quote in the first sentence "§ 4 VVG" by quoting " § 4 Administrative Enforcement Act 1991 (VVG), BGBl. No 53/1991, as amended ' replaced.
4. The Art. VII is added to the following paragraph 21:
" (21) § 3 (1a) and (3b) and § 12 (4) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 15/2011 will enter into force on 1 April 2011. "
