114. Presentation by the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth to update the list of harmonised standards for the safety of gas appliances
On the basis of § 71 (4) of the Commercial Code 1994, BGBl. N ° 194, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, in conjunction with Section 43 (1) of the Gas Equipment Safety Regulation (GSV), BGBl. N ° 430/1994, is made known:

The recast of Annex 5 to the Gas Equipment Safety Regulation, concerning the list of harmonised European standards for the safety of gas appliances and the relevant Austrian standards, shall be adopted in the Annex , as of 22 December 2010. |

This agreement shall comply with the Community legal obligation arising from Article 5 (1) (1). a of the Gas Consumer Directive 2009 /142/EC (codified version) and the Commission communication 2010 /C 349/05 of 22.12.2010. |
