17. Revocation by the Federal Chancellor of the annulment of a phrase in para. 1 and a turn in paragraph 4 of Section 120 of the German Foreigners Police Act 2005 by the Constitutional Court
According to Art. 140 (5), (6) and (7) B-VG, and in accordance with Section 64 (2) of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:
The Constitutional Court, with knowledge of 9 March 2011, G 53 /10-7, G 108 /10-14, G 109 /10-15, G 110 /10-16, G 126 /10-11, G 127 /10-11, G 128 /10-11, G 129 /10-16, G 130 /10-16, G 148 /10-11, G 149 /10-13, G 182 /10-8, G 183 /10-6 and G 200 /10-6, the Federal Chancellor delivered on 29 March 2011, rightly recognized:

The phrase "of EUR 1 000" in para. 1 and the phrase "1," in paragraph 4 of § 120 of the German Foreigners Police Act 2005, BGBl. I n ° 100 in the version BGBl. I n ° 122/2009, are being repealed as unconstitutional. |
