119. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the references for harmonized standards 2011

Pursuant to Section 3 (1) (1) (1) of the Federal Act on the placing on the market of construction products and the free movement of goods with these products (Bauproduktegesetz-BauPG), BGBl. I n ° 55/1997, as amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 136/2001 and the Federal Ministries of State Law 2009, BGBl. I No 3, shall be assigned:

§ 1. (1) The references of the harmonized standards are apparent from the Annex and have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union, OJ L 327, 28.1.2002 No. OJ C 344, 17.12.2010 p. 1.

(2) The ÖNORMEN EN are available at the Austrian Standards Institute (ON), A-1020 Vienna, Heinestraße 38, telephone +43 1 213 00, fax +43 1 213 00-818, e-mail: sales@as-plus.at.

§ 2. The Regulation on references to harmonized standards, BGBl. II No 459/2009, shall enter into force with the entry into force of this Regulation.
