134. Regulation of the Federal Minister for National Defence and Sport, which amends the 2010 air traffic rules

On the basis of § 121 of the Aviation Act (LFG), BGBl. N ° 253/1957, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 3/2009 and the Budgetaccompanying Act 2011, BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, is being assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology:

The 2010 Aviation Rules (LVR 2010), BGBl. II No 80, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 86/2011 shall be amended as follows:

In Annex G, in Part D (Military Training Areas-MTA), Z 1 (Schober-SHR) is replaced by the new Z 1 enclosed in the Annex.
