140. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, which changes the individual trade training regulations

On the basis of § § 8 and 24 of the Vocational Training Act (BAG), BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 40/2010, shall be arranged:

The Regulation on Vocational Training in the Apprenticeship Trades, BGBl. II No 429/2001, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 193/2010, shall be amended as follows:

1. In accordance with Article 1 (1) (1) (14), the point shall be replaced by a dash and the following paragraph 15 shall be added:

" 15.

Garden Center. "

2. In accordance with Article 2 (14), the following paragraph 15 is added:

" (15) Garden Centre:

a)

Identify the requirements for the procurement of goods and carry out the goods orders in the form of communication,

b)

control incoming goods taking into account the quality and appearance of the plants, take measures in the event of delay in delivery, non-delivery, misdelivery or warranty cases,

c)

Treat, nurture and store flowers and plants,

d)

prepare, provide and present and demonstrate in-sales product range,

e)

work on purchasing planning, taking into account current industry-specific developments,

f)

Advise customers on the selection of plants, flowers and other assortment parts,

g)

advise customers on the care and thriving of plants and flowers,

h)

offering services,

i)

hold sales talks,

j)

Receive and handle orders and customer orders, including invoicing and payment transactions,

k)

Treat customer complaints. "

3. In accordance with § 3 (2) Z 14, the following paragraph 15 is added:

4. According to Article 11 (7), the following paragraphs 8 to 10 are added:

" (8) The training regulations for the teaching profession Gartencenterkaufmann, BGBl. II No 157/1998, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 177/2005, without prejudice to paragraph 9, with the expiry of 31 May 2011.

(9) Apprentices who are trained in the Gartencenterkaufmann Teaching Profession on 31 May 2011 can continue to be trained up to the end of the agreed teaching period in accordance with the training regulations referred to in paragraph 8 and may be able to continue until one year after the end of the training period. agreed on the teaching period for the examination of the LehrabFinal on the basis of the examination regulations contained in the training regulations in accordance with paragraph 8.
