149. Ordinance of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which declares a collective agreement for the graphic arts industry for manual workers and for employees of the articles of association

The Federal Office of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection is the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection in accordance with Section 18 (1) of the German Labour Constitution Act, BGB No. 22/1974, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. Scope of the Statute

§ 1.

a)

Technical: All branches of graphic production (printing and printing form) , which are covered by the collective agreement referred to in § 2, between the Druck & Medientechnik association and the Austrian Trade Union Confederation, trade union of private employees, printing, journalism, paper, and concluded collective agreements.

b)

Local: The territory of the Republic of Austria.

c)

Personal: All employers who produce graphic products on a regular basis using procedures customary in graphic undertakings, as well as the workers, apprentices and employees employed by these employers, provided that their Employment relationships are not already covered by a valid collective agreement (excluding collective agreements according to § 18 para. 4 ArbVG).

Content of the Statutes

shall be declared a statute.

(2) Point 6 shall be taken from the declaration of statutes. except.

Beginning of the effectiveness and duration of the Articles of Association

§ 3. The date of effectiveness of the Articles of Association shall be 1 April 2011. The term of validity of the Articles of Association shall be governed by the period of validity of the Treasury Collective Agreement.
