155. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection for the temporary employment of foreigners in agriculture and forestry

Due to § 5 of the Foreigners Employment Act-AuslBG, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 25/2011, shall be assigned:

§ 1. For the agricultural and forestry sector, a quota of 450 for the fixed-term employment of foreign workers is fixed and divided as follows to the following Länder:

Carinthia: .................................................... 20

Lower Austria: .......................................................... 40

Upper Austria: .............................................................. 250

Steiermark: .............................................................. 30

Tyrol: ........................................................ 80

Vorarlberg: ................................................................ 5

Vienna: ....................................................... 25

§ 2. In the context of these quotas, after the exhaustion of the provisions of Regulation BGBl. II No 136/2011 already allocated quotas for employment, with a period of validity until 31 July 2011.

(2) Foreigners who are subject to the transitional provisions on the free movement of EU workers and asylum seekers are to be preferred in the granting of the employment permits.

§ 3. This Regulation shall not enter into force on 31 July 2011.
