The agreement with the Main Committee of the National Council pursuant to § 1 (5) of the Federal Act of 14 December 1977 on the granting of privileges and immunities to international organizations, BGBl. No. 677 idgF, was manufactured. The notifications pursuant to Article 4 of the Additional Agreement were adopted on 18 February, respectively. The additional agreement entered into force on 1 April 2011, in accordance with the same provision.
