160. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Science and Research, which changes the educational documentation regulations of universities of applied sciences

On the basis of § § 5 (3) and 7 (2) of the Education Documentation Act, BGBl. No 12/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 48/2010, shall be ordered:

The regulation on the implementation of the Education Documentation Act at universities of applied sciences and universities of applied sciences (educational documentation regulations-polytechnics-BiDokVFH), BGBl. II No 29/2004, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 232/2006, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 (3) reads:

"(3) For the coding of the States (features 6, 7 and 12 of Appendix 1), the codes announced by the Federal Minister of Economics or the Federal Minister of Science and Research by way of the University of Applied Sciences shall be used."

2. In § 2 (1) the word order shall be "For Education, Science and Culture" through the turn "for science and research" replaced.

3. § 3 reads:

" § 3. The holder of a university of applied sciences degree course or a university of applied sciences has between 15. and 30 November of each year the Federal Minister of Science and Research, by way of the University Council of Applied Sciences, data on the academic year he has passed for the implementation of university of applied sciences degree programmes and Staff training courses used in accordance with Appendix 2 shall be announced. "

4. In accordance with § 4, the following § 5 with headline is inserted:

" Entry into

§ 5. Annex 1, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 160/2011 shall enter into force on 1 July 2011.

6. In Appendix 1, the expression: "2.1.1 FH-Bakkalaureate degree course or FH-Diploma degree course" through the phrase "2.1.1 FH-Bachelor's degree course, FH-Diploma degree course or course for further education without a Master's degree" replaced.

7. Appendix 1 Z 2.1.2 reads:
