2. The following paragraph 4 is added to section 36a:
" (4) For applications submitted before the entry into force of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 36/2011, Section 28 (1) (2) to (11) shall be submitted in the first subparagraph of Article 28 (1) of the Jänner 2011. "
(3) The following paragraph 13 is added to § 40:
" (13) § 28 (1) (2) to (11) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 36/2011 shall enter into force with the day following the presentation of the agreement. '
