The Federal Minister of Education, Arts and Culture regulation on the curricula for technical, commercial and artisanal schools, BGBl. II No 205/2007, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 285/2009, shall be amended as follows:
1. The following paragraph 11a is inserted in § 1:

Specialist School of Mechatronics (Appendixes 1 and 1.2.3) " |

2. In § 4, the following paragraph 4 is added:
" (4) § 1 (11a) and Annexes 1, 2, 3 and 1.2.3 of this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II. No 170/2011 (with the exception of curricula for religious education) with regard to 1. Classes at the end of the day of the event of this Regulation in the Federal Law Gazprom, with respect to the second classes with 1 September 2011 and with regard to the other classes in each case with 1 September of the following years in ascending class. "
3. In Appendixes 1, 2 and 3, section V (Common subjects: education and teaching duties and apporation of the teaching material to the school levels) shall be subject to the subject of the movement and sport of the compulsory subject area A Citation " BGBl. No. 38/1989 " by quoting " BGBl. No. 37/1989 " replaced.
Appendix 1.2.3, forming part of this Regulation, shall be inserted in accordance with Annex 1.2.2.

The Federal Minister of Education, Arts and Culture regulation on the curricula for technical, commercial and artisanal schools, BGBl. No 592/1986, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 323/2009, shall be amended as follows:
1. Articles 13 and 16 of Article I shall be deleted.
2. In Article 2 of Article III, the following paragraph 9 is added:
" (9) § 1 Z 13 and 16 as well as the Appendixes 1A.6.1 and 1A.6.4 shall take place in respect of the 1. Classes with expiry of 31 August 2011 and with respect to the other classes, each with the expiry of the 31 August of the following years in a class-wise out-of-class manner. "
3. The installations 1A.6.1 and 1A.6.4 are omitted.
Article 3
Publication of the curricula for religious education
On the basis of § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993, shall be made known:
The curricula for religious instruction given under Section IV of Annex 1.2.3 have been issued by the relevant churches and religious societies and are, in accordance with § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, BGBl. No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993.
