174. Regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior on the temporary reintroduction of border controls at the internal borders
On the basis of Section 10 (2) of the German Border Control Act (GrekoG), BGBl. No 435/1996, as last amended by the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 114/2007, shall be:
§ 1. In order to maintain public peace, order and security during the "World Economic Forum on Europe and Central Asia 2011", the internal borders with the Federal Republic of Germany may be held in the period from 4 June 2011, 00.00 h, to 9 June 2011, 24.00. Germany, the Republic of Italy, the Swiss Confederation, the Slovak Republic, the Republic of Slovenia, the Czech Republic and the Republic of Hungary in the transport of land, water and air only at border crossing points shall be exceeded.
§ 2. This Regulation shall expire on the expiry of 9 June 2011.
