The Austrian Taxe 1962, BGBl. N ° 128, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 434/2010, shall be amended as follows:
1. In accordance with § 11 Abs .39, the following paragraph 40 is added:
" (40) Annex B, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 178/2011 shall enter into force on 1 July 2011. '
2. In Annex B, the rates of the following medicinal products and vessels shall be fixed as follows:
