180. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology, with which the Ordinance on Telecommunications Subsidies is amended.

On the basis of § 6 of the Fernspeakergeltsubsidy Act, BGBl. I n ° 142/2000, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The Ordinance on Telecommunications Subsidies (BGBl). II No 90/2001, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 388/2001, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1, the value of "13,81 Euro" by the value of "10 Euro" replaced.

2. In § 3, the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) § 1 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 180/2011 shall enter into force on 1 July 2011. '
