Revelation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the correction of the proclamation of the Convention on the recasting of the Convention on the Protection of Maternity (recast version), 1952 together with the Declaration; Recommendation (No: 191) relating to the recast of the Recommendation on maternity protection, 1952
On the basis of § 10 Z 1 of the Federal Law Gazette Act-BGBlG, BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:
The manifestation in BGBl. III No 105/2004 is corrected to the effect that the date of entry into force of the Convention, as laid down in Article 15 (3) of the Convention, is to be correctly '30 April 2005' for Austria instead of '7 February 2002'.
