218. Proclamation of the Federal Minister of Justice pursuant to § 16 para 6 of the tenancy law

According to § 16 section 6 of the Federal Act on the tenancy law, BGBl. No. 520/1981, imposed obligation is made by known, that are in § 16 para 5, § 15a para 3, § 18 par. 5, article 20, paragraph 1, article 45, paragraph 1 and 2 and article 46, paragraph 2 referred to MRG, last according to the by-laws of the Federal Minister of Justice Gazette II No. 295 / 2008 amended amounts as a result of the announcement of the Federal Agency as follows increased Statistics Austria from June 16, 2011, by operation of law have :

1. in article 16 par. 5 MRG

2 in § 15a paragraph 3 MRG

(a) in Z 1 3.08 euros to 3.25 euros.

This increase will take effect on August 1, 2011 mietrechtlich (§ 16 ABS. 6 third set MRG).
