44. Federal Act concerning the sale of immovable federal assets

The National Council has decided:

§ 1. The Federal Minister for Finance is authorized to do so by means of immovable federal assets.

Sales abroad:

Built-in urban plot, former Consulate General of the Republic of Austria in Brazil with the address, Avenida Atlantica, 3.804-Copacabana-Rio de Janeiro in the base area of about 1,000 m².

The sale of the listed property has to be made in the best possible way.

§ 2. The Federal Minister of Finance is responsible for the enforcement of this federal law.
